But it has to be easy to understand, and it has to resonate. That’s why we created the Plain Mama English series, and why healthcare providers across the globe are giving our resources and tools to their patients.

You can download any of our Postpartum Progress Plain Mama English series handouts for FREE. (Yep. Free.) You are welcome to print copies and distribute any or all of these downloadables as handouts to your patients, clients, family members or friends as long as they are not altered, cut and pasted, or edited in any way. That’s it. Easy peasy. Just give us your name and email address and we’ll send you a link so you can download the handout you have selected. If you have any problems at all accessing any of these downloads, shoot us an email at help@postpartumprogress.org.

Note: While the buttons to obtain the download say “subscribe,” you’re not actually subscribing to a newsletter — we simply need your name and email address to track how much our content is being shared with moms around the world.
